Uploading Files
Uploading files to AI File Chat is a simple process designed for ease of use:
Step 1: Access AI File Chat
Navigate to the AI File Chat section from your dashboard or use the File Analyzer tool at the specific URL:/dashboard/user/openai/generator/ai_pdf/workbook
Step 2: Select Your PDF
Click the upload button and select your PDF file from your device. Ensure the file is in PDF format and contains readable text.
Step 3: Wait for Processing
The system will automatically process your document, extracting and indexing all text content. This usually takes a few seconds to a minute depending on document size.
Step 4: Start Chatting
Once processing is complete, you can start asking questions about your document's content. The AI will provide intelligent responses based on the document.
Tip: For best results, ensure your PDF contains clear, readable text. Text-based PDFs will process faster and provide more accurate results.
